Croatian Lottery utilized PlayNirvana’s technology to design and implement a new online lottery platform and seamlesly connected it with their traditional landbased lottery business. PlayNirvana also partnered with SiemensNixdorf to create a turn-key hardware lottery solution. The co-development resulted in self-service lottery terminals running PlayNirvana’s software with links to both retail and online. In the first 18 months of operations, the Croatian Lottery's footprint expanded to over 3.000 touchpoints in addition to a new online gaming platform. Revenues more than doubled with a payback period of under twelve months.
In 2000, four different lottery solutions were available on the market in Serbia, leading to player confusion and ambivalence. The results of that was that market lottery revenues had signicantly plummeted. New legislation was passed allowing only one state-run Serbian lottery, causing a rapid consolidation of all lotteries on the market. PlayNirvana's solution merged all existing lotteries onto one technology platform and created one extremely successful national Lottery product. This also required new cost-effective hardware upgrades. At the beginning of the project, the Serbian Lottery had an annual pay-in of €4m and within 24 months revenues had increased to more then €110m. The result was an enormous turnaround and commercial success!
BIH's Lottery solely relied on lotto games for many years. PlayNirvana implemented complementary new games to BIH's portofolio, including TV Bingo. PlayNirvana assisted the BIH Lottery in developing a business plan, and after careful review, PlayNirvana was selected to roll out this new product. Within 24 months, additional games were introduced to the market, such as a 6/45 lotto. By 2017, TV Bingo has grown to over 90% revenues, with limited business impact on the traditional Lotto product. This innovation also opened up a whole new consumer base, resulting in increased popularity and financial performance.
